Cecil Eugene "Gene" Hall, Jr.
Cecil Eugene "Gene" Hall, Jr., 43, husband
of Emily Moore Hall, died Friday, November 1, 2013 at his residence as
a result of an accident.
Mr. Hall was born November 2, 1969, in
Florence, a son of Cecil Eugene Hall, Sr. and Judy McDonald Hall. He was
a 1988 graduate of Williamsburg Academy and received a Bachelor of Science
degree from Francis Marion University. He was employed at Santee Electric
Cooperative. Gene enjoyed grilling and cooking for his family and friends
and he loved football, especially the Clemson Tigers.
In addition to his wife and parents, he
is survived by his daughter, Taylor; sons, Westley and Dalton; sister,
Leslie Hall Dukes (Van); nephew, Hall Dukes; niece, Gretchen Dukes; special
nephew, Tyson Funderburk, all of Kingstree; and his father and mother-in-law,
Don and Phyllis Moore, of Florence.
Funeral Services will be 3 pm Monday, November
4, 2013 at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church, with burial in Broad Swamp
Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from
6-8 pm on Sunday, November 3, at Williamsburg Funeral Home.
