Mrs. Joyce Allen Moore, 69, wife of Edward Houston Moore, died Wednesday March 5, 2014, in Williamsburg Regional Hospital.
     Mrs. Moore was born December 24, 1944, in Dillon, a daughter of the late John and Mary Hinson Allen. She was a graduate of Dillon High School and was a retired florist and paramedic. Joyce enjoyed auctions and keeping her grandchildren. She was a member of Kingstree Presbyterian Church.
     Surviving, in addition to her husband Houston Moore, of Kingstree, are: 2 sons, Eddie (Vivian) Moore, of Kingstree and John (Cyndi) Moore, of Latta; 4 grandchildren, Adam and James Allen Moore, Monica (Ernesto) Ferreira, and Heather (Donnie) Hinson; a great grandchild, Jordan Ferreira; and family friend, Edward Adams.
      Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, March 8, 2014, in Kingstree Presbyterian Church, with burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends at 10 AM just prior to the service in the Fellowship Hall. Memorials may be made to Kingstree Presbyterian Church, PO Box 904, Kingstree, SC 29556.
