  3. R Brown

I am sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in knowing that death is not the end. The Bible promises a resurrection of the dead in the very near future. John 5:28,29 assures us; “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming when all that are in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” I hope this message will comfort you in your time of sorrow.

To Anita, Michael, Charlie, Gail, Shelly, and all of David’s family–
Please accept my condolences for your loss. I have many fond memories of David and he is smiling and laughing in each one. David was a mensch. On my rare trips to Kingstree, I would always stop by the store to say “hi” . During the 1996 World Series, my husband and I scored last-minute tickets for the Braves vs. Yankees. After climbing to almost the top of the upper deck, I looked down the stairs to see David climbing up to see the last game in Fulton County Stadium. Heidi had gotten him tickets. Of all the times and places to see someone from Kingstree!
Of course, my dad Mosie always enjoyed laughing and joking with David (David even worked for him one summer). David was always good humored, kind, and generous. May his memory be for a blessing.

  5. Diane Moskow-McKenzie

    Gail and Shelly,
Please know my heart goes out to you and your family at this time. David was a wonderful man and I feel very fortunate to have had the Marcus family in my life. So many wonderful times together.

I know the precious memories will keep him close to your heart forever as will mine.

    Love,
    Diane Moskow-McKenzie

  6. Claire (Watts) Gaskins

I continue to think of all of you ( and especially you, Charlie!) with love during your time of bereavement.
