Ms. Gracie Allen Scott, 78, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017, in Sumter, SC.

Ms. Scott was born August 30, 1938, in Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late George Walter Scott and Fannie McKnight Scott. She graduated from Greeleyville High School and was a long-time bookkeeper at Exchange Bank of Kingstree. She was a member of the former Lane Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are her daughter, Ellen C. (Tommy) Stuckey, of Nesmith, SC and her sister, Virginia Tedder, of Kingstree.

When I go through Lanes I think of when I was younger and would come over to visit with Daddy and Momma. How time passes so quickly.
