Mrs. Jean Woodham McCabe, 86, widow of Dr. Thomas G. McCabe, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017, in Kingstree Nursing Facility.
Mrs. McCabe was born March 14, 1931, in Chipley, FL, a daughter of the late James Roy Woodham and Bonnie Kirkland Woodham. She was the Director of Council on Aging in Williamsburg County and the Jean McCabe Manor was named in her honor.
Surviving Mrs. McCabe are several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband Dr. McCabe, she was preceded in death by seven brothers and two sisters.
