Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, December 8, 2014, in Old Mt. Zion AME Church in Kingstree. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Kingstree.
Visitation
Mrs. Miller’s family will receive family and friends Sunday from 6 to 8 at the Williamsburg Funeral Home.

Mary Lee Washington Miller, 70, beloved widow of Ernest Junior Miller, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014, in Carolinas Hospital in Florence, SC.
Mrs. Miller was born February 14, 1944, in Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late Edward Washington and Mona Louise Gamble Washington. She received her formal education in the public schools of Williamsburg County and was retired from Kingstree Nursing Facility. Mary was a member of Old Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, where she was very active as long as her health permitted. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be missed greatly by all of her family.
Surviving are: her loving children, Mrs. Sarah (Michael) Brand, Mr. Ernest (Mary) Miller, Ms. Christina Miller, Mr. Lorenzo (Mary) Miller, Mr. Garry (Jeneen) Miller, & Mr. Christopher (Teresa) Miller, all of Kingstree; her 17 grandchildren; her 9 great grandchildren; a brother Edward Washington,; a sister, Catherine Washington Austin, both of Kingstree, sisters-in-law, Mrs. Alberta (Alfred) Scott of Georgetown, and Mrs. Mary (Mitch) Miller of Kingstree, brothers-in-law, Mr. Robert (Phyllis) Miller of Atlanta, GA, Mr. Franklin (Berdina) Miller of Kingstree, Mr. Bernette Miller and Mr. Johnny (Pearl) Miller both of Georgetown. In addition to her parents and her beloved husband Ernest, who was a devoted employee of Williamsburg Funeral Home for 45 years, Mary was preceded in death by a brother, Walter McFadden, a sister-in-law, Alice Washington, and brothers-in-law, Joseph Austin and Tom Miller.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, December 8, 2014, in Old Mt. Zion AME Church in Kingstree. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Kingstree.
