Guynelle McKnight “Polly” Moseley Waggoner, 83, widow of Bill Waggoner, passed away Tuesday August 18, 2015, in Clarendon Health System.

Mrs. Waggoner was born November 10, 1931, in Lake City, SC, a daughter of the late Guy McKnight and Eleada Cantey McKnight. She was a graduate of Greeleyville High School and was retired from the Williamsburg County School System. Polly was a member of McDowell Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents and her husband Bill, she was preceded in death by her first husband Harry Moseley, her brother Billy McKnight and her sister Peggy Dennis.

Surviving are: her daughter, Karen (Terry) Acree, of Deland, FL; her son, Jimmy (Suellen) Moseley, of Asheville, NC; grandchildren, Alyssa (Bo) Davidson, Ashley (Matt) Schairer, and Taylor Moseley; four great grandchildren, Tripp Davidson, Annelysse Davidson, Alexa Schairer, and Addison Schairer.

    I am so very sorry to hear of Polly’s passing. She was such a beautiful person and a great neighbor. I will miss my visits with her and her wonderful smile. May God Bless and keep her family during this time. Please know that all of you are in my prayers.
