Funeral Services
Funeral services will be 4 P.M. Sunday in the Williamsburg Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens.
Visitation
The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Rounette Evans Reardon, 84, wife of Allen Reardon, died Thursday, March 31, 2016, in Carolinas Hospital System.
Mrs. Reardon was born June 2, 1931, in New Zion, a daughter of the late Marion and Minnie Osborne Evans. She retired from Baxter-Travenol and was a long time member of McDowell Presbyterian Church in Greeleyville.
Surviving, in addition to her husband Allen, of Greeleyville, are: 2 sons, Joel (Kathy) Reardon, Jr. of Columbia and Billy (Dawn) Reardon of Lexington; 2 daughters, Karen (Jack) DeSantis of Atlanta, GA and Cynthia (Clarence) Altman of Kingstree; 6 sisters, Dorothy Haynes of Oak Ridge, TN, Deannie Thigpen of Manning, Joyce Rogers and Patsy Wilson both of Clover, Diane Carper of Butler, IN and Judy Ard of Florence; 2 brothers, Richard Evans of Foreston and Rusty Evans of New Zion; 7 grandchildren, Corey De Santis, of Atlanta, GA, Wesley (Eyma) Reardon, of Columbia, Joseph Reardon, of Columbia, Ashley (Carrie) De Santis, of Atlanta, GA, Davis (Ruthanna) Reardon, of Myrtle Beach, SC, Holly (Jay) Hughes, of Florence, SC, and Kim (Paul) Bessinger, of Columbia, SC; and 5 great grandchildren, Hailey Hughes, Carter Bessinger, Ella Bessinger, Maxwell Hughes, and Bruno Reardon. She was preceded in death by a brother L.C. Evans.
Funeral services will be 4 P.M. Sunday in the Williamsburg Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Mrs. Roulette was a sweet person. She always was happy to see you. I haven’t seen her in awhile. Please know we are praying for all of you.
Rounette was a friendly and easy to talk to person who didn’t let her disabilities get her down. My condolences to Allen, my step-mom Dot and the rest of the family.

The Ralph and Bobbie Moore family are praying for all of you. Tears of sadness are being shed. So many memories of our families together. I am thankful that Dave and I were able to bring mom and dad to Greeleyville for a couple of visits in recent years. Give Allen our love.

My heart is heavy over your loss of such a fine lady. My family and I spent alot of quality time with Rounette’s family. I will always cherish the time and memories. I am so glad my parents, Ralph and Bobbie Moore, had such wonderful loving friends. Allen, Joel, Billie, Karen, and Cindy you each are in my prayers and thoughts! May God give you comfort and peace. May your shared memories bring you joy and fill your heart with love. Your wife and Mother will be dearly missed by so many. I look forward to the day we will all be reunited! God bless you.
Can’t tell you all how sad I am about Rounette’s death. She was such a sweet lady. I was able to visit briefly with her and Allen about a year and a half ago. I am very grateful for that. My love and prayers go out to all of you.
