Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, December 3, 2016, at Kingstree United Methodist Church, with a burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens.
Visitation
Mr. Frye’s family will receive friends 6 to 8 Friday, December 2, 2016, at Williamsburg Funeral Home, and at other times at his daughter April’s home.

McNeil Marion Frye, 72, husband of Danette Livingston Frye, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in Carolinas Hospital System in Florence.
Mr. Frye was born May 19, 1944, in Williamsburg County, a son of Lucille Wise Frye and the late Mac Leon Frye. He was a graduate of Kingstree Senior High and Columbia Commercial College. Mr. McNeil was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was retired from Farmers Telephone after 30 years. He was a member of Kingstree United Methodist Church, American Legion Billy Britton Post #8, and Kingstree Masonic Lodge #46 AFM. He enjoyed transferring cars for Longstreet Chevrolet and loved his grandchildren.
Surviving Mr. Frye, in addition to his mother, Lucille and his wife, Danette, both of Kingstree, are: his daughter April M. (Donnie) McDonald, of Cades, 3 granddaughters, Nicole McDonald, Olivia M. (Alex) Richburg, and Dixie McDonald, 1 great-granddaughter, Joanna Richburg, 1 brother, Donald (Delane) Frye, of Blythwood, and sister-in-law, Janice Frye, of Kingstree. Mr. McNeil was preceded in death by his son Danny Frye and a brother, Bobby Frye.

So sorry to hear about McNeil but rest assured that he is not in pain anymore. May God wrap His arms around you and your family at this time. Praying for you all during this time.

So sorry to hear of the passing of McNeil. I remember him well from our time at KHS. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
