Larry Christopher “Chris” Mitchum, 41, husband of Lesley Hanna Mitchum, died Sunday, July 26, 2020, at his residence.
Mr. Mitchum was born November 14, 1978, in Williamsburg County, a son of Larry Mitchum and the late Alethia “Jeannie” Nexsen Mitchum. He was a graduate of Williamsburg Academy and attended Williamsburg Technical College. Chris was a farmer and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Lane United Methodist Church.
Surviving Chris are: his father, Larry (Pearline) Mitchum, of Lake City; his wife Lesley Hanna Mitchum, of Pamplico, a son, Andrew Mitchum, of Pamplico; a daughter, Emma Grace Mitchum, of Pamplico; and a sister, Jennifer (Chris) McKenzie, of Kingstree. Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Alethia Nexsen Mitchum.
Graveside services will be held at 6PM Tuesday, July 28, 2020, in McClary Cemetery.

So sad, Chris was such a sweet guy. My sympathies to his family.
