Funeral Services
Funeral services will be held at 4PM on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Visitation
The family will receive friends at 3PM at the church before the service. .
Dona Faye Floyd McGee, 63, widow of John Joseph McGee, died Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Mrs. McGee was born January 14, 1957, in Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late Deleon Floyd and Louise Godwin Floyd. She attended Kingstree High School and Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church. She loved her family and grandchildren.
Surviving Mrs. McGee are: two daughters, Mildred “Vicky” McGee, of Kingstree; and Peggy (Christopher) Elliott, of Andrews; a son, Joey McGee, of Kingstree; 7 grandchildren; and 6 sisters. In addition to her parents and husband, Dona was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine McKnight and a brother Lynwood “Woody” Floyd.
