Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial in Sandy Bay Cemetery.

Cindy’s family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.

Cynthia “Cindy” White Eaddy, 63, wife of William A. “Bill” Eaddy, died at home Monday, October 10, 2022, surrounded by her beloved family.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial in Sandy Bay Cemetery. Cindy’s family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.
Mrs. Eaddy was born December 1, 1958, in Lake City, a daughter of the late John Ulmer White and Geneva Strickland White. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and a phlebotomist and was retired after working many years as a bookkeeper. Cindy enjoyed crafts, especially painting, woodworking, and stained glass. She was a member of Sandy Bay Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving Mrs. Eaddy, in addition to her husband Bill, are: her children, Chris Eaddy, Angie (Thomas) Brooks, and Tiffany Filyaw; Grandchildren, C.J. Eaddy, Caitlyn (Morgan) Varney, Brandon Eaddy, Bill (Lance) Efird, Emily (Piercen) Lynch, Dylan Brooks, Tracey Eaddy, Jessie “Noodlehead” Chockley, Gage Filyaw, Will Eaddy, Dalton Filyaw, and Ben Eaddy; great grandchildren, Paisley Eaddy and Lainey Varney; siblings, Debbie (Bruce) Morris, Vickie (Mike) McKenzie, Sue (Glen) Tisdale, and Kym (Carl) Scott. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by a sister Cheyrl McKenzie.

So sorry to hear of Cindy’s passing. Our families were close when we were growing up and Mrs. Geneva was one of my mother’s dearest friends. My sister, Teresa and Cheryl were life-long friends who loved each other like sisters. Praying for the family.
