Funeral services will be held at 12 PM, Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Williamsburg Funeral Home in Kingstree.
Visitation
Mr. Rogan’s family will greet friends and extended family at the funeral home one hour before the service begins..

Mr. William Dollard Rogan, 84, husband of Jackie Holt Rogan, died Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at home surrounded by his beloved family.
Mr. Rogan was born June 18, 1938, in Kingstree, SC, a son of the late Thomas Stanislaw Rogan and Edelyn Montgomery Rogan. He was a graduate of Greeleyville High School and a veteran of the US Navy. William farmed for many years and retired as a Liberty Life Insurance Agent. He enjoyed golf and fishing and was a member of McDowell Presbyterian Church before it disbanded.
Surviving Mr. Rogan, in addition to Jackie, his wife of 65 years, are: his children, Bitsey (Jimmy) Fickling, Millie (Monty) Hicks, and William D. Rogan, Jr; grandchildren, Savanna (Channon Lee) Welch, Vanessa King Epps, Rogan (Miller) Mellette, Perry Lee Hicks, Sara (Michael) Yarborough, May Elizabeth Rogan, and William D. Rogan, III; great grandchildren, Holt Welch, Luke Welch, Carsten Mellette, Jackson Mellette, Olive Grace Mellette, Millie Mellette, and Kara Barkley; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas S. Rogan, Jr. and two sisters, Florence R. Little and Judy R. Henson.
Funeral services will be held at 12 PM, Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Williamsburg Funeral Home in Kingstree. Mr. Rogan’s family will greet friends and extended family at the funeral home one hour before the service begins. There will be a private burial in New Market Cemetery following the funeral service.

So sorry ton hear of William’s passing. I graduated from Greeleyville High School the same year as he did and remember him well..
