Ms. Judith Ann Osborne, 68, died Thursday, August 3, 2023, at Summerville Community Hospice House in Summerville, SC.

     Ms. Osborne was born January 23, 1955, in Manning, SC, a daughter of the late William Otto Osborne and Virginia Irene O. Osborne. She was a graduate of Goose Creek High School and was a civil servant secretary for the US Navy in North Charleston.

     Surviving Ms. Osborne are: a sister, Evelyn O. Justice of N. Charleston; a niece who was like a daughter to her, Jennifer O. Parker; and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by siblings, William Larry Osborne, Vivian O. Humbert, and Henry Laverne Osborne.

      A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Greeleyville Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, 281 Easler Highway, Greeleyville, SC  29056.
