I graduated from high school with Leslie. I remember her as a very smart person and also a very kind person. I also remember her mom who was one of our Girl Scout leaders. My condolences to her husband and her family.
Lesley was awarded a Ph.D. from Tulane University. I met her in 1979 when I joined the SC Historic Preservation Office. Lesley was an extraordinary woman. I worked with her until my retirement.

I have not seen Lesley since we graduated Kingstree High School. However, she was a fine person then & I am sure that she stayed that way after talking to our classmates. I am sorry for your loss. May God bring you his peace.
