A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Williamsburg Funeral Home in Kingstree. Burial will follow at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.

Joyce Rivers Blakeley, 81, died, July 10, 2025, at her home in Andrews, South Carolina.
Joyce was born August 26, 1943, in Georgetown, SC, a daughter of the late John and Edna Hinson Rivers. She was a graduate of Winyah High School and a member of First Baptist Church of Andrews. Joyce loved the beach, her animals, her flowers and dancing “The Shag”. She also loved being a Great-Grandmother to her Sammy.
Joyce is survived by: a daughter, Lisa T. Phillips (Robert Donald “Donnie” Mitchum) of Andrews; four grandchildren, Michael Anthony Tisdale, Ashley Kathryn Renee Tisdale, Kimberly Nichole Phillips (Jonathan Lopez), Jack Winston Phillips; six great grandchildren, Mallorie Tisdale, Katie Daniel, Mattie Daniel, Hance Tisdale, Janie Tisdale and Samantha Lopez. In addition to her parents Joyce was preceded in death by; a son, Winston Clyde Tisdale, Jr.; and husbands, Winston C. Tisdale, Sr., Wayne Atkins and Lee Blakely
