Funeral services will be 5PM Tuesday, August 1, 2017, in Williamsburg Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Kingstree Memorial Gardens.
Visitation
The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Carol “Peggy” Hancock Rosser, 70, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Carolinas Hospital System in Florence.
Ms. Rosser was born January 26, 1947, in Olanta, a daughter of Dorothy “Dot” Evans and the late Junius “Buster” Carol Hancock. She graduated from Kingstree High School and studied Cosmetology at Williamsburg Technical College. Ms. Peggy enjoyed being with her family and friends. She attended Kingstree Pentecostal Holiness Church.
In addition to her mother Dot, of Oak Ridge, TN, Ms. Peggy was survived by a son, Meca Ward (Wendy), of Conway; two daughters, Carol Martin (Keith), of Kingstree and Rachel McGee (Josh Lee), of Florence; 11 grandchildren, Britney Ward, Whitney Ward, Meca Ward, Coty Martin, Kassidy Martin, Caleb Martin, Abby McGee, John David McGee, Chloe McGee, and Jack McGee; 2 great-grandchildren, Hunter Stalvey and Heath Stalvey; a sister, Vicki Hancock, of Powell, TN. Ms. Peggy was preceded in death by her father “Buster” Hancock, step-father Virgil Haynes, and grandson Jacob Tyler Catoe.

Your momma was a Card. We all loved her and know she is in a much better place. She is hanging out with her Daddy and Jacob. No more suffering to had. I know this is tough on you all. I am here if you need me. My thoughts and prayers
