Kelly and Bryan, I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad so soon after your Mom in November. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Your Mom, Lorena, and I are cousins. My Dad was Ross Terrell from Hartsville.
Love to your family, Kathy Terrell McFarland
So sorry. He was the epitome of someone who loves his family, his dogs, and his life. A classic low country man who represented the characteristics of the finest of our generation. God rest his soul
Kelly and Bryan: Your Dad and I had all of our grade school years together and spent many hours on the practice field, in class, and in later years at the James cabin. One of my best memories was a weekend at the river with he and Sammy and I reliving earlier times. I am so sorry for your and our loss. He was truly a devoted husband, father, and brother and will be sorely missed.
Cherish and Remember the good times as they were learning experience
Kelly and Bryan:
Sending deepest sympathy. Doug is my first cousin and I talked with him several weeks ago. This is a shock and so sorry as Lorena’s death was so recent. They were a great couple. Doug was in our wedding 61 years ago! Good memories of his love of cooking! Wishing you peace.

I last saw your parents in May of 2019 at my mother’s (Alma Gamble Dupont) funeral in Florence. I will always remember them as sweet and gracious people. God bless.

Kelly and Bryan,
Again, I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your entire
family.
Doug remained a ‘true’ friend through 54 years, 28 of which we worked together.

my face. He will be missed by many.

Kelly and Bryan, my heart aches for both of you in the loss of both your parents. They were each special in so many ways and what an example they were as a loving couple to all who knew them! Doug and I were in high school together and I always had such fond memories of him. Lorena and I became friends and she was always so dear to me and one of my best friends ever!! I know you both have wonderful memories of them both!! As you grieve not having them with you, celebrate your dad and your mom and all the wonderful moments you shared with them both!! Much love and many hugs to you both!!
I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad and Mom were such warm and loving people. I worked with you dad for many years at Igloo. He was such a great human being. I will forever remember his joyful spirit as I am sure you will too. Praying for your family at this difficult time.
Saddened to learn of Doug’s passing. We worked together as managers at Bristol- Myers. Doug was a great manager and was well respected by his peers.
One of the great storytellers of all time and would keep us laughing. Some of the stories might even have been true. One of my regrets in life was never being able to visit the famous”River House” he referred to so often. Truly wonderful friend.
Rest In Peace my friend
