Franklin Barnabus “Frank” Swicord, 77, died at home in North, SC on Saturday, September 7, 2024, after an illness.

     Frank was born June 11, 1947, in Moncks Corner, SC, a son of the late Simon Paul Swicord and Emmaline Rozier Swicord. He was a long-haul truck driver for many years before retiring.

      Survivors are: children, Cliff (Donna) Swicord, Tim (Elissa) Swicord, Theresa (Ken) Jones, Tony Vance, and Steven (Ashley) Vance; grandchildren, Audrianna, Jay, Chandler, Henry, Camryn, Carrington, Kelsie, Anthony, Coleman, and Dillon; great grandchildren, Jaxson, Charleigh and Emmaline; brothers, Charles (Rhetta) Swicord and Johnny (Elaine) Swicord and sister-in-law, Vicki Swicord. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Jan Rackley Swicord and a brother, Simon Paul Swicord, Jr.

          Funeral services will be private.
