Gwendolyn “Gwen” Reardon Martin, 74, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021, at MUSC Health in Florence.
Ms. Martin was born on April 20, 1947, in Kingstree, a daughter of the late William Aaron Reardon and Evelyn Duke Reardon Shuman. She was a graduate of Kingstree High School and was the church secretary at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church for 35 years. Ms. Gwen was a member of Cades United Methodist Church.
Surviving Ms. Martin are: her daughters, Donna Lynn Martin, Denise Martin Former, Tracie (Jamie) McKenzie and Tonya (Tim) Hall; grandchildren, Karianna Fenters, Brice Fenters, Logan Cook, Maceyn Tisdale, Scott Tisdale, Locklyn Hall and Bayler Hall; sisters, Maxine Floyd and Rose Marie (Gary) Jarrett; nephews, Kris (Brandi) Floyd and Justin (Krislin) Floyd; and nieces, Erin (Garrett) Viohl and Lauren (David) Simmons.

Mom I going to miss you but we had some good times together you will be in my heart all ways I love you very much sisters keep smiling.
So very sorry to learn of Gwen’s death. We remained distant friends since our first date in 1964. I wish the family well.

So sorry Gwen left this earth sooner than we wanted her to. We all know where she is and plan on seeing her when we leave too. God bless this precious family.
