Funeral
Funeral services, conducted by Pastor Ian Geimer, will be 12 Noon, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Kingstree First Baptist Church, followed by the burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens.
Visitation
Mrs. Myers’ family will greet friends beginning at 11 AM until time for the service at the church.

Helen Calcutt Myers, 78, wife of Stanley Windsor Myers, died Sunday, May 22, 2022, at her home in Kingstree.
Mrs. Myers was born August 5, 1943, in Pamplico, SC, a daughter of the late Thomas and Maureen Hyman Calcutt. She was a graduate of Olanta High School and was retired from the engineering department at Farmers Telephone Co-Op. Helen was a member of Kingstree First Baptist Church. She received great joy from taking care of her children and grandchildren, and in doing so, passed that joy on to them. Helen also enjoyed shopping.
Surviving Mrs. Myers, in addition to her husband Stanley, are: 2 sons, Stanley W. “Winn” (Margie) Myers, Jr. and Heyward N. “Woody” (Emily) Myers; 4 grandchildren, Marla Myers (Timothy) Godwin, Baker Windsor (Kristen) Myers, Brooke Madison Myers, and Austin Floyd Myers; 2 great grandchildren, Emma Rose Myers and Kathrine “Katie” Lottie Godwin; a sister, Marie Calcutt Graham; a special niece, Wendy McClam Lee, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Calcutt and a sister, Ann McClam.

So sorry for your loss, Helen was my babysitter in the 50’s, I never forgot her.
Mr. Stanley, Winn, Woody, and Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will never forget how kind and helpful Mrs. Helen was to my parents after a fire they experienced in 2013, and at times before and after that. She was such a kind and sweet lady.
