Funeral services will be 11AM Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Spring Gulley Baptist Church with a burial in the church cemetery
Visitation
Visitation will be held 6-8 PM, Friday May 6, 2022, at Williamsburg Funeral Home.

Mr. James R. “Dick” Abrams, 75, husband of Mary Wheeler Abrams, died Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at his home in Andrews.
Mr. Abrams was born February 9, 1947, in Kingstree, SC, son to the late Ollie James Abrams and Genelle Smith Abrams. He attended Williamsburg High School and Camden Military Academy. Mr. Abrams was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and owned and operated Abrams Trucking until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with family. He was also a member of Spring Gulley Baptist Church and the Spring Gulley Baptist Church Brotherhood.
Surviving Mr. Abrams is; his wife, Mary Wheeler Abrams; a son, James “Jamey” Abrams Jr. (YeVonne) of Andrews; a daughter Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Pace (Jonathan) of Conway, and two grands; Allison Abrams (Josh Brown), James R. Abrams III (Abby Thurlow) both of Andrews and one step grand; Russell Pace of Charleston, and a great granddaughter; Bayleigh Brown. Mr. Abrams was preceded in death by his parents.
