Janis Rackley Swicord, 63, wife of Franklin B. Swicord, died Sunday, March 3, 2019, at her residence in North.

     Mrs. Swicord was born February 27, 1956, in Alpine, Texas, a daughter of the late Homer Blenglenn Rackley and Erold Gean Russell Rackley. 

     Surviving Mrs. Swicord, in addition to her husband Frank, are her sons, Chris Rackley, Dean Rackley, and Sammy Rackley; her brothers, Sid Rackley and David Rackley; and three grandchildren.

          A private family service will be held at a later date.
