Our sympathy is with all of you. Miss Louisa was such a pretty lady and lived such an active life. Don’t I remember her picking up great grandchildren from The Academy?

  2. Cookie Avent

I thought the world of such a gracious lady. Such a role model for all who knew her.

  3. Jane Strickland

Cousin Louisa was like a second mother to me, especially after I lost my mother. She loved young people as well as older ones. She took us to the beach many times with a packed picnic lunch. We even went on a trip to Florida to see “Aunt Mable”. I have so many fond memories of her!! She was certainly a special lady to me and my family!! I loved her dearly.

  4. Dena Tisdale McKnight

Such a sweet, sweet lady. Two of my fondest childhoid memories from growing up in the Cedar Grove Baptist Church was taking the Sunday School offering and attendance report to Mrs. Louisa on Sunday morning and sitting behind her in church. She always had a kind word and smile on her face.

My thoughts and prayers are with each of as you say your good-byes to this dear lady. Hers was a life well lived.

  5. Rachel Yates

So sorry for the family’s lost, I grew up in the same community as Louisa and her family. She was a wonderful person. She was the last of that family to leave. My thoughts and prayers for the family. Rachel Flowers Yates.
