Funeral Services
Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, June 12, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 4:00 pm. Interment will be held on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Beaufort National Cemetery at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Sunday one hour prior to the service.

Patricia Ann Gunkel Conway, 86, of Charleston, SC, widow of CPO Raymond C. Conway, USN (Ret.) entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 9, 2022. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, June 12, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 4:00 pm. Interment will be held on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Beaufort National Cemetery at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Sunday one hour prior to the service.
Patricia was born August 16, 1935 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Joseph Francis Gunkel and the late Anna Marie Griffin Gunkel. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of World Harvest Ministries of Charleston.
She is survived by her children: Thomas J. Conway (Jennifer) of Kingstree, SC, Eileen Marie (John) Sorrentino of Waymark, PA, Michael John Conway (Carol) of North Charleston, SC, James Joseph Conway (Anja) of Las Vegas, NV, Catherine Marie Ramsey (Sammy) of North Charleston, SC and Patrick James Conway of Charleston, SC; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Tommy, Tommy Mitchum and I are so sorry for the loss of your Mother. We pray for peace and strength for you and your family.
