I regret that I missed the funeral service of Aunt Pearl today. I mourn with each of you in your loss. Even though we know she is in a better place, I know that you will sorely miss being able to hold her warm hand and stroke her soft hair. She certainly was a jewel in your family; I know this by the wonderful children that she raised! Whenever it is time for each of us to join her and our other family members in heaven, we can be assured that they will be standing at the pearly gates waving their arms and shouting to greet us. That makes my heart smile. You have all been in my thoughts and prayers.
