Guynelle McKnight “Polly” Moseley Waggoner, 83, widow of Bill Waggoner, passed away Tuesday August 18, 2015, in Clarendon Health System.

Mrs. Waggoner was born November 10, 1931, in Lake City, SC, a daughter of the late Guy McKnight and Eleada Cantey McKnight. She was a graduate of Greeleyville High School and was retired from the Williamsburg County School System. Polly was a member of McDowell Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents and her husband Bill, she was preceded in death by her first husband Harry Moseley, her brother Billy McKnight and her sister Peggy Dennis.

Surviving are: her daughter, Karen (Terry) Acree, of Deland, FL; her son, Jimmy (Suellen) Moseley, of Asheville, NC; grandchildren, Alyssa (Bo) Davidson, Ashley (Matt) Schairer, and Taylor Moseley; four great grandchildren, Tripp Davidson, Annelysse Davidson, Alexa Schairer, and Addison Schairer.

Graveside funeral services will be 11:30 AM Friday, August 21, 2015, in New Market Cemetery near Greeleyville. The family will receive friends 5 to 7 PM Thursday at Williamsburg Funeral Home in Kingstree. Memorials may be made to McDowell Presbyterian Church, PO Box 435, Greeleyville, SC 29056.
