Rhodas Rutledge McCutchen, 87, husband of Judy Jones McCutchen, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, in McLeod Hospice House of Florence.
Mr. McCutchen was born August 16, 1933, in Williamsburg County, a son of the late Hampton R. McCutchen and Agnes “Addie” McClary McCutchen. He was an Army Veteran, a mechanic and a farmer. Rhodas was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and reading. He was a member of Beulah Methodist Church. Rhodas was the owner and operator of Ace Loggers.
Surviving in addition to his wife Judy, are: a daughter, Donna Marie McCutchen; and a sister, Mildred M. Small. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Liston and Marvin McCutchen.

Rhodas left us together but his memory will live on forever. I’ll miss my brother in law but I know he is no longer in pain. God bless my sister Judy and neice Donna. I love you both. Dot
Mrs. Judy and Donna, I was so sad to see this. Mr. Rhodus was always so kind to me. He was a true “Southern gentleman.”
