One of the first memories I have of Uncle W. E. was riding with him in his old Cadillac and him telling us that his lights would dim automatically when another vehicle approached. He will always be remembered for teaching us how to eat eggs “the right way” and of course his little poems and songs. He was indeed a fine man, who loved God, his country and his family.
He will be missed, but I know he has gone on to a better place and once again be re-united with the love of his life, Aunt Roy.
Rest in Peace Uncle W. E., I love you.
Rest in Peace Sailor!!
