Funeral Services
A funeral service will be held 3:00 P.M, Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Kingstree First Baptist Church, 400 N. Academy Street, Kingstree, SC 29556. The family will receive visitors at Twin Lakes following the burial at Williamson Cemetery.
Visitation
Mr. Williamson’s family will greet friends and family in the Family Life Center at the church beginning at 2 PM, just prior to the service.

Norman “Aubrey” Williamson, 92, husband of Emma Lois Inman Williamson, died at his home in Kingstree, SC on October 30, 2025, surrounded by his family.
Aubrey was born March 18, 1933, in the Hebron Community, a son of the late Hoyt Stephen Williamson and Bertie Caulder Williamson. He was a graduate of Kingstree High School, the University of South Carolina, and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Aubrey was a veteran of the US Army and served in the US Army Reserve.
Aubrey was a faithful member of First Baptist Church where he served as a Sunday school teacher and on many committees. He was a deacon and at the time of his death, a trustee.
He was retired from Farmers Telephone and served as Chairman of the Board for Williamsburg First National Bank until his resignation. Mr. Aubrey was formerly a member of the Lion’s Club, the ultimate “DIY’er” and a Boy Scout Leader. He was a Master Gardener and developed his farm, Twin Lakes, into a venue for weddings or family gatherings. He attended the Wooden Boat School in Brooklin, Maine for 7 years. He enjoyed woodworking and built many pieces of furniture with the help of his friend, Duane Shuler. Aubrey served two terms on town council and was Mayor pro tem.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Emma Inman Williamson; 3 sons, Stan Williamson (Lori) of Kingstree, Scott Williamson (Dana) of Kingstree, Stephen Williamson (Holly) of Sumter, SC; grandchildren, Matthew Williamson, Ann Louise Williamson, Hunter Watford, Caulder Williamson, Emmie Williamson, Reid Williamson; and a brother, Joe Brice Williamson. In addition to his parents Aubrey was preceded in death by his brothers, Hoyt Laverne Williamson, Henry Caulder Williamson, Alva Stephen Williamson and Roland Curtis Williamson.
The family would like to express gratitude to Gentiva Hospice nurses Heather, Erica, Tabitha and Kerry, for their care and love to Mr. Aubrey and his family.

My sincere condolences to Emma, the boys and all the family. Aubrey was a true gentleman and a great friend. His care and love for others will be greatly missed.
Those 10 years Shelby and I lived on Brockington Street Aubrey always offered a helping hand when ever he saw me taking on a task in the yard. His thoughtful advice helped me get through many projects!
I’m sorry we missed his service as we were out of the state for a family wedding! Our prayers are with you and always will be!
I will miss Mr. Aubrey’s walks around the block. He was always a pleasure to talk to and didn’t mind the company joining him to the end of the street.
