  5. Dr. Danny R. Webb

Don, I was deeply saddened to hear of Colin’s passing. When I was stationed in Williamsburg County as a SC State Trooper, Mr. McCutchen was one of the first individuals that I meet. As a result of a wrecker call a great friendship ensued. I spent countless hours chatting with Colin about old automobiles and seeking his wise counsel on many other matters. He was indeed a friend to the SC State Highway Patrol and the entire Williamsburg County community and will be greatly missed. However, we can find comfort in knowing to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I am extremely grateful that God allowed our paths to cross.
I am praying for your family and the community in the lost of a great man.

Rev. Dr. Danny R. Webb (retired Lieutenant, SC State Highway Patrol)

  6. David Barrineau, San Antonio, TX

I remember Colin from high school. I lived next door to his brother, Willard, and knew and lived near his sister, Ester Coker, while growing up in the Owens Community of Williamsburg County. My memories of Colin in high school were that he drove to school; and was always very business-like. There was almost no contact with him beyond that time. Military service, school and law enforcement took me far away from that area with only short return visits with parents and relatives. My sympathy and sincere condolences to Colin’s family and friends.

  7. Tom and Suzanne Fuller

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Colin and Runette were good friends and will be very much missed. The antique car crowd has lost a good friend.
