What do you say about a man who lived his live quietly and honorably? A man who had a passion for his family and worked everyday to ensure they had the means to succeed. A man with an infectious laugh and a love for live. He was an ordinary man, the kind that made this country great, a man with a twinkle in his eye that made you instantly like him. Was he special? Yes, to those who knew him and loved him. He was devoted husband and father, a man whose first priority was family. He was a patriot of the first order who served his country dutifully and with great pride in the US Army in Korea. He will be greatly missed but, will live on in our hearts and memories. I know he is now holding Mom and Dad’s hands in a joyful reunion. Love you my Brother.

I want to thank all who left messages here and those who came by the house and visitation as well as those that sent cards and flowers. It means a lot to my family and me. Daddy is going to be greatly missed. He was a great man and touched many people. His big heart and strong hand made me the person I am today. We are comforted by the fact that he is in Heaven now with his family that passed before him and he is no longer confused or in pain. He is whole again! We love you, Daddy! Fly high and we will see you again in Heaven! Love, Barbara and Ron
