Funeral Services

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 107 Hirsch Street, Kingstree, SC 29556, with burial in Kingstree Memorial Gardens.

Visitation

Jean’s family will receive friends at Williamsburg Funeral Home, 332 E. Main Street, Kingstree SC 29556 from 12:30 to 1:30 PM just prior to the services at the church.

Jean Marie Aiello, 90, widow of Vincent R. Aiello, died Sunday, October 31, 2021, at a Hospice Resident Home in Elk Grove Village, IL.

    Mrs. Aiello was born on August 15, 1931, in Staten Island, NY, a daughter of the late Eugene and Florence Bouter Madory. After moving to Kingstree, Jean spent her time being a homemaker, volunteering for the Felician Sisters, and spending time with her friends. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. Jean enjoyed travelling, especially her yearly visits to Trinidad with her brother and sister-in-law. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Vincent and a daughter Jeanne Marie.

    Surviving Mrs. Aiello are: two daughters, Joan (Steve) Matthys and Kathy (Greg) Schad; seven wonderful grandchildren, Vincent (Jennifer Corbett), Nicholas, Jennifer, Erik (Ally), Aimee, Rachel June, and Samantha; and three great grandchildren, Kinsley, Carter and Leopold.

    I am so sorry to read about the passing of Ms. Jean. She was a sweet lady. I was sad to see her leave Kingstree, but understood she need to be with her family. I think about her each time I pass her house.
